食管癌切除术后胸腔胃电活动的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的本研究应用无创胃肠电图仪观察食管癌术后不同时间段的患者胸腔胃电活动的变化。方法食管癌患者32例,其中男性19例,女性13例,年龄38岁-69岁,平均63.2岁。分别在术后不同时间段进行胃电图检查。结果食管癌术后胃电图节律紊乱,波幅下降,频率降低,随着时间的延长,胃电活动逐渐恢复,术后1年基本恢复到正常。结论食管癌术后胃电活动的改变可以判断食管癌术后胸胃运动功能的变化。 Objective To investigate gastric myoelectrical activity in the intrathoracic stomach after esophagectomy for cancer. Methods Thirty-two patients who ever underwent esophagectomy for cancer were selected randomly. There were 19 male and 13 female,with the mean age of 63.2 years. Gastric electrical activity signal was recorded with electrogastrography in different postoperative period for esophagectomy. Results Wave am- plitude and frequency of gastric electrical activity decreased in the intrathoracic stomach after esophagectomy for cancer (P〈0.05). Gastric electrical activity gradually recovered over time (P〈0.05) and returned to normal level at 1 year after operation (P=0.785). Conclusion The motor activity of intrathoracic stomach may be eveluated by the chang of gastric electrical activity after esophagectomy for cancer.
