摘要
目的分析探讨2008年保定市手足口病疫情的特点、流行因素及流行病学规律,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学调查和分析方法及实验室病原分离、鉴定方法。结果综合原因造成了手足口病疫情的发生。结论加强手足口病的监测报告,做好家庭、托幼机构的消毒、健康教育工作是控制疫情的关键。开展手足口病病原学研究,预测其流行规律,有助于提出更好的预防和控制措施。
Objective To analyze epdemic situation of hand-foot-mouth disease in Baoding city, and provides scientific basis for formulating the prevention method of this disease. Methods Using epdemic investigation and laboratory aetiology. Results There are comprehensive reasons for getting hand-foot-mouth diseases. Conclusion The key of controlling the epidemic situation was to strengthen the monitoring report, and do more for disinfecting of family and kindergarten, and health education. Starting aetiology research of hand-foot- mouth disease and forecasting its spreading discipline will be helpful for submitting better measures of prevention and control
