老年急性重症胆管炎的临床观察和护理

Elderly patients with acute cholangitis of severe type of clinical observation and care

目的探讨老年急性重症胆管炎的临床观察和护理。方法对56例老年急性重症胆管炎患者的治疗护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果56例老年急性重症胆管炎患者均接受手术治疗及精湛细致的术后护理，54例治愈出院，2例好转出院。结论老年急性重症胆管炎是外科急症，及时手术救治，加强术后护理，是提高抢救成功率，降低并发症及死亡率的有效方法。

Objective To investigate elderly patients with acute cholangitis of severe type of clinical observation and care. Methods 56 cases of severe acute cholangitis in elderly patients with medical and nursing measures were analyzed retrospectively. Results 56 cases of severe acute cholangitis in elderly patients are under- going surgery and the exquisite and meticulous postoperative care, 54 were cured and discharged, and discharged two cases improved. Conclusions Elderly patients with acute severe cholangitis are surgical emergency, timely surgical treatment, to strengthen the post-operative care is to improve the success rate and reduce complications and mortality in an effective way.
