摘要
目的探讨病案的质量管理与利用价值的关系。方法通过各种措施加强医院病案质量的管理，对比分析采取措施前后病案利用价值的情况。结果加强病案质量管理能使病案的利用价值得到明显提高。结论提高病案质量是病案利用的重要基础，而加强病案质量管理是保证病案利用价值的有效途径。
Objective To study the relationship between quality management and its utilization value of the medical records.Metods To enhance th-d quality management of the medical records through all kinds of measures. To analyze the utilization value of the medical records after adopting relative measures.Results The enhancement of quality management of the medical records can improve the utilization value significantly.Conclusions High quality of the medical records is the important basis of their utilization.The enhancement of quality management of the medical records will ensure the utilization value of them.
