摘要
以玻璃作为枯草芽孢杆菌的载体,研究了二氧化氯浓度、杀菌时间及温度3个因素对枯草芽孢杆菌杀菌效果的影响。试验结果表明:随着气体二氧化氯浓度的增加和杀菌时间的延长,杀菌效果明显增强,当气体二氧化氯浓度从0.2 mg/m3升高到1.2 mg/m3时,枯草芽孢杆菌的杀菌量由(2.12±0.20)log cuf/mL增加到(7.02±0.20)log cfu/mL,当杀菌时间从5 min延长到35 min时,杀菌量由(3.07±0.20)log cfu/mL增加到(7.08±0.20)log cfu/mL;杀菌温度对杀菌效果的影响不大。
Taking the glass as the carrier of Bacillus subtilis,this paper studies the bactericidal effect of three factors of chlorine dioxide gas concentration,sterilizing time and temperature on Bacillus subtilis.The experiment results show that the bactericidal effect increases markedly as the chlorine dioxide gas concentration increases and the sterilizing time extends.When the concentration of ClO2 gas increases from 0.2 mg/m^3 to 1.2 mg/m^3,the sterilization increases from 2.12±0.20 log cuf/mL to 7.02±0.20 log cur/ mL, and when the sterilizing time extends from 5 minutes to 35 minutes, sterilization increases from 3.07 ± 0.20 log cuf/mL to 7.08±0.20 log cuf/mL. Sterilizing temperature has relatively little effect on the sterilization.
