摘要
将天然沸石与PVC多面空心球悬浮填料有机结合形成的生物沸石填料对城市污水处理厂二级出水进行深度处理试验研究,结果表明:在生物膜培养过程中,以NH4+-N的去除率保持稳定作为生物膜培养成熟的标志;经生物沸石填料深度处理的出水水质稳定,NH4+-N浓度在2 mg/L以下,去除率达90%以上,能够满足城市杂用水回用水质标准的要求;最佳水力负荷和气水比分别为4 L/h和12∶1。
Biological zeolite,which is organically integrated by natural zeolite and multi-faceted PVC hollow ball suspended filler,is used to have the deep treatment of the secondary effluent from the sewage treatment plant.The results show that the biofilm in the training process should be based on the stability of biological nitrogen removal rate as a sign of the success of the training;that the water quality of the effluent treated by biological zeolite filling is stable,with the concentration of ammonia nitrogen below 2mg/L and the removal rate over 90%, thus meeting the quality standards for reused waterl and that the optimal hydraulic loading and the ratio of air to water are 4 L/h and 12 : 1 respectively.
