Direct competitive ELISA screening method for Aflatoxin B 1

采用辣根过氧化物酶标记高亲和力的黄曲霉毒素Ｂ１抗体，建立了标记抗体型直接竞争抑制ＥＬＩＳＡ快速筛选法。该法检测ＡＦＢ１的线性范围为０．２５～５．０ｎｇ／ｍＬ，灵敏度为１２．５ｐｇ。

A direct competitive ELISA(DC ELISA) for rapidly screening AFB 1 was established by using high affinity polyclonal antibodies against AFB 1, which was labled with HRP. The detection limit of the DC ELISA was 0.25 5.0 ng/mL. The sensitivity of detection was 12.5 pg/assay.
