摘要
用装有永久性瘤胃、十二指肠瘘管的健康湖羊研究了糊化淀粉尿素对湖羊复胃消化代谢的影响。日粮分为4种:A.基础日粮(玉米、麸皮)和加缓释剂的糊化淀粉尿素;B.基础日粮和无缓释剂的糊化淀粉尿素;C.基础日粮和尿素;D.基础日粮和豆饼。粗料为青干草。日粮粗蛋白水平分别为10.57%,10.40%,10.40%和11.11%。3种尿素日粮中尿素氮占日粮总氮的25%。结果表明:(1)饲喂4种日粮后,瘤胃液pH值差异不显著(P>0.05);NH3-N浓度日均值分别为(16.13±1.25),(17.21±1.30),(18.14±1.49)和(13.95±0.97)mg/dL,D、C日粮间差异极显著(P<0.01),A、C间差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)复胃有机物消化率,A、B分别比C提高2.03%和4.83%,但4种日粮间无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)4种日粮每天流入十二指肠食糜总氮量分别为(17.63±0.51),(16.91±0.83),(16.82±0.61)和(19.35±0.97)g。D分别与B、C间差异显著(P<0.05),其余各日粮间差异不显著。(4)4种日粮瘤胃微生物蛋白合成量分别为(31.43±?
Four ruminally and duodenally cannulated Hu sheep were used in a 4×4 Latin square experiment to study the effects of starea (extruded corn starch urea products) on the digestion and metabolism of the stomachs. Four kinds of rations were given, which contained basic diet and starea with slowly released agent (A), starea (B), urea (C), and soybean meal (D), respectively. The level of crude protein (CP) in rations were 10.57%, 10.40%, 10.40% and 11.11%. The urea N of three urea diets substituted for 25% dietary nitrogen. The results were as follows: (1)For four rations, the pH values of ruminal fluid were not affected by different diets ( P > 0.05 ). NH 3 N concentration in ruminal fluid were decreased significantly when Hu sheep were fed D ( P <0.01) and A ( P <0.05) compared with C diet. (2) Digestibility of organic matter in the rumen was increased by 2.03% and 4.83% respectively, when Hu sheep were fed A and D compared with C. But there were no difference ( P >0.05). (3) Duodenal flows of total N were (17.63±0.51), (16.91±0.83), (16.82±0.61) and (19.35±0.97) g/d respectively for A, B, C and D. Between D and B or D and C, duodenal flows of total N was greater ( P <0.05). (4)The production of microbial crude protein synthesis were (31.43±2.96), (29.84±1.23), ( 25.13 ±2.59) and (31.31±1.12) g/d respectively. The production were increased by 25.07%, 18.74% and 24.59% ( P<0.05 ) when Hu sheep were fed A, B, D compared with C diet. For the efficiency of microbial protein synthesis, A was similar to D.
