摘要
以偶氮法将β激动剂克伦特罗(CL)连接小鼠血清白蛋白(MSA)、小鼠IgM(MIM)、小鼠全血清(MWS)、牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、嗜水气单胞菌(AHJ)、虾全血清(SWS)。各连接物分别免疫6组小鼠。免疫4次后用间接抑制ELISA、间接ELISA检测各组血清特异性和抗CL的效价。结果表明,各组鼠血清均含有抗CL的特异性的抗体;AHJ、SWS、MWS、MSA组血清效价显著高于MIM、BSA组。提示组分复杂的蛋白质载体具有一定的优越性。
β agonist Clenbuterol (CL) was conjugated with 6 kinds of protein carriers: Mouse Sera Albumin(MSA), Mouse IgM(MIM), Mouse Whole Sera (MWS), Bovine Sera Albumin(BSA), Shrimp Whole Sera(SWS), J 1 strain of Aeromonas hydrophila (AHJ). These conjugates were used to immunize 6 groups of mice. After 4 times of injection the value and specificity of all the anti sera were detected by Indirect ELISA and Indirect Inhibitory ELISA. It showed that the mice of all the six groups produced anti CL antibodies; the values of the antisera of the groups of AHJ, SWS, MWS, and MSA were significantly higher than those of the groups of MIM and BSA. It suggested that protein carriers of complex components were advantageous.
