摘要
介绍了滚动直线导轨副摩擦力动态测量系统的设计,包括系统方案、硬件系统、数据采集与分析等,并给出了HJG-D系列滚动直线导轨副动态摩擦力的测试结果。本系统测量可靠,实用性强,已在汉江机床厂稳定运行近一年。
The design of dynamic friction measure system of rolling linear guides is introduced in this paper. System scheme,hardware system,data acquisition and analyzing are included. And the measured results of the HJG-D series rolling linear guides are given. The system has high reliablity and practicability. It has run unfailingly in the factory for one year.
