摘要
分析数控火焰切割机自动调高系统的特点和要求,采用标准遗传算法对位置调节器PID参数进行全局优化,采用局部搜索能力很强的爬山法进一步进行最佳参数辩识。通过仿真表明,混合遗传算法寻优使自动调高系统的动态性能大幅提高,具有很强的鲁棒性。
On the analysis to the characteristics and demands of auto-adjusting height system in NC flame cutting machine,this chapter uses standard genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of position adjustor globally and then applies hill-climbing method with high local searching ability to further identify the best value of the parameters. Through simulation,it makes know that using this kind of complex genetic algorithm in optimization can improve the dynamic performance of auto-adjusting height system obviously and the robust performance is also very good.
