摘要
根据弧面凸轮廓面的成形运动分析,主轴摆动单转台和双转台两大类通用五轴联动数控机床可以用于等价创成弧面凸轮廓面。基于弧面凸轮廓面的数学模型,求解了两大类数控机床创成廓面时的运动坐标,并进行了弧面凸轮廓面的创成仿真。
According to the analysis on the generation motion of globoidal cam surfaces,two kinds of general five-axis NC machines can be used to equivalently machine globoidal cam surfaces:one kind of machine has rotary table-pivoting spindle head and the other has double rotary table. The motion coordinates of two kinds of machines while generating surfaces is calculated based on the mathematic model of globoidal cam surfaces and the generation process is simulated in the paper.
