摘要
分析了制造企业生产系统运行的复杂性,应用贝叶斯网络确定了各子系统的工作状态,并建立了生产失序评价因素树,以此为基础度量生产失序复杂性。最后基于上述方法,对某制造企业生产运行失序复杂性进行了定量分析,验证了该方法的实用性。
Analysis of the complexity of the production operating disorderly in the manufacturing enterprise,the working state of the subsystem is identified with application of Bayesian Network,the tree of estimate element for the production operating disorderly is established,on this basis,the production operating disorderly complexity is measured. The quantitative analysis for a manufacturing enterprise of the production operating disorderly complexity is carried out and the practicality of this method is verified.
