摘要
同期从虫源迁出地和迁入降落地采集待迁出与迁入、尚未产卵的成虫,分别在实验室单对接虫、饲养、产卵及田间笼罩繁殖,比较了褐飞虱迁飞对生殖力的影响。结果表明,虫源地迁出个体的平均产卵量为(233.7±78.6)粒,迁入种群个体的平均产卵量为(379.5±63.2)粒,经长距离迁飞后平均产卵量增加62.4%。田间笼罩饲养,在分蘖期和拔节期稻株上二者的单对繁殖量分别为(53.5±37.9)头、(186.7±72.8)头和(139.0±73.2)头、(264.8±70.9)头,差异均达显著水平。初步说明,长距离迁飞对褐飞虱的生殖能力有明显的促进作用。
A comparison experiment of fecundity and population construction between emigrant and immigrant populations in the brown planthopper(BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (St a l) was conducted in order to know the relationship between migration and reproduction. The results showed that both the average fecundity of immigrants (379.5± 63.2 per female adult) and the average offspring number by per female adult (186.7±72.8 and 264.8±70.9 in rice tiller stage and jointing stage respectively) were significantly higher than those of emigrants (233.7±78.6 per adult, 53.5±37.9 and 139.0±73.2 in rice tiller stage and jointing stage respectively), indicating that long distance flight can significantly stimulate BPH′s reproductivity.
