摘要
目的:探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(PEG)的临床护理方式。方法:回顾性分析36例PEG术患者的临床资料。结果:患者均顺利完成手术,行PEG肠内营养后营养状况均得到改善,术后3例患者出现局部切口感染,经换药后痊愈;1例出现PEG管断裂,经换管后恢复正常输注。随访0.5~2年,所有患者无有堵管、出血、误吸、腹膜炎等并发症的发生。结论:PEG具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少等优点,是肠内营养的一种安全有效的非手术途径。术前良好的心理护理和充分准备、术后完善的护理是PEG成功的重要条件。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing experiences of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG).Methods:To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 36 patients with PEG.Results:All patients got successful PEG operation.After PEG,all the patients got enteral nutrition and had better nutritional state.3 patients had local infection of incisional wound and the infection was cured after carefully change dressings.1 patient had a fracture of the PEG tube, and the treatment was continued after we transferred the PEG tube. After 6 months to 24 months follow-up, all the patients were in good states without any complications such as blockage, aspiration or peritonitis.Conclusion:PEG is a simple, little wound and little complication operation. It is a safe and effective way for enteral nutrition. The sufficient preparation and mental nursing before the operation, the complete nursing after the operation are the key to the successful operation.
