摘要
德国"双元制"职业教育成功的关键,在于构建了一个法制化背景下的校企合作办学模式,而且这一办学模式跨越了企业与学校、工作与学习的界域。对中德两国职业教育法的比较研究表明,经济发展是职业教育立法的永恒动力,跨界思维是职业教育立法的基本前提,而科学研究是职业教育立法的理性支撑。
The key to successful development of German dual vocational education system lies in constructing the schoolrunning model of "cooperation between school and enterprise" under the background of legislation. The cooperation in running schools crosses the boundary between enterprise and school, work and study. A comparative study on vocational education law of China and Germany shows: economic development is the eternal motivation of vocational education legislation; cross-border thinking is the basic premise of vocational education legislation; scientific research is the rational support of vocational education legislation.
