摘要
大学生自身就业期望值过高造成的结构矛盾是当前大学生就业难的重要成因。加强就业指导、调整大学生的过高就业期望对促进大学生就业有积极的作用。霍兰德态度劝导理论对帮助大学生实现个体就业态度的改变有重要的指导作用。本文应用劝导理论需要从劝导者(就业指导教师)以及态度主体(学生)两方面因素对影响学生态度改变的因素进行分析,形成提高大学生就业指导工作实效的策略。
The structural contradiction caused by the high employment expectation of graduates is one of the most important reasons for the difficult employment of college students. Enhancing employment guidance and adjusting college graduates" high employment expectation play important roles in promoting the successful employment of college students. Hovland's attitude of persuasion theory is helpful for students to change their attitude towards employment. In order to better apply this theory,we need to analyze the influencing factors of students' attitude changes from aspects of the adviser (the employment guidance teacher) and the attitude subject (the student), and form strategies to enhance employment work effect of college graduates.
