摘要
150羽雏鸡随机分为5组,Ⅰ~Ⅲ组于7日龄(ND首次免疫前3天)分别在饲料中添加硒-VE结合体25,15,5mg/kg,Ⅳ组添加VE15mg/kg,Ⅴ组为空白对照,观察了硒-VE结合体对雏鸡血液中NK细胞活性和脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率的动态变化。结果显示,硒、VE的适度配合使用具有协同作用,能明显提高NK细胞活性和T淋巴细胞转化率,但在一定范围内,其效果受使用剂量的显著影响。停止投服硒-VE结合体后,NK细胞活性和T淋巴细胞转化率可在一段时间内维持较高水平。
One hundred and fifty chickens were divided into 5 groups randomly. The chickens of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed Se V E compound 25, 15, 5 mg/kg respectively on the 7 day old, group Ⅳ was fed V E 15 mg/kg and group Ⅴ as control. Chicken nature killer (NK) cell activities, lymphocyte transformation rate and its dynamic changes were studied by using LDH release assay and MTT method. The results showed that there were obvious cooperating effects on NK cell activities and lymphocyte transformation rate if Se and V E were compounded moderately. The NK cell activities and lymphocyte transformation rate were increased obviously, but influenced evidently by the dosage of Se V E compound. NK cell activities and lymphocyte transformation rate would be maintain higher level for a period of time after ceasing Se V E compound.
