摘要
将动力学分析法与示波电位法相结合,利用KBrO3与KBr的反歧化反应和溴代反应体系,提出了测定痕量芳胺的新方法。在25℃,0.04mol/LHCl介质中,该法的最低检出限为2.8ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.47%。将其应用于农业环境水样中芳胺的测定,结果与国际法相差在±5%以内。
A new oscillographic potentiometric kinetic method for determining super trace aromatic amine was developed, based on the brominating reaction of aromatic amine and bromine. The limit of detection was 2.8 ng/mL, and the relative standard deviation was 1.47%. The contents of aromatic amine in enviromental water samples were determined with this method, and the relative deviation was within ±5% compared with the national standard method.
