摘要
比较研究了I-69杨木材加工的层积材(简称LVL)和I-69杨实木材(简称实木)的性质,结果显示:LVL比实木的基本密度有明显的增加;整体上看LVL的干缩性大于实木,LVL的径向全干缩率、弦向和体积全干缩率均大于实木,单差异干缩小于实木;LVL的顺纹抗压强度与实木的差异不大,仅比后者大2.77 MPa;LVL平使方向的抗弯强度低于实木,而纵使方向的抗弯强度略高于实木;LVL平使方向的抗弯弹性模量大于实木(638 MPa),纵使方向略大于实木(52MPa);可见LVL的冲击韧性远大于实木,为后者的两倍;LVL的性能整体上优于实木。
the paper systemically studies the properties of LVL made of fast-growing poplar and the solid wood and compare them, the result indicates that: the density increases significantly; on the whole the shrinkage of LVL is larger than solid wood, while the differential shrinkage is smaller; the compressive strength is slightly big- ger than solid wood, 2.77MPa; the modulus of rupture is smaller than solid wood in the parallel direction while slightly bigger in the longitudinal direetion; the modulus of elastieity in the parallel direction is 638MPa larger than solid wood while in the longitudinal direction only52MPa; and the toughness is twice the value of solid wood; the property of LVL is better than that of solid wood.
