摘要
以工业氢氧化铝为原料,在500℃到600℃之间,将其分解为超细的氧化铝,在微酸性水溶液中,在超声波的作用下,将其杂质洗脱出来并分离,经过此反复处理,最后在900℃焙烧、球磨,制得纯度在99.95%以上,粒径在1μm左右的高纯超细氧化铝,并测试其成分,粒径分布和微观结构。
This article takes the industry aluminum hydroxide as a raw material,in 500℃ to 600℃,decomposes it into the superfine powderde alumina,in the hydrosolvent,under the ultrasonic wave function,elutes its impurity and separates,passes through this to process repeatedly,finally in 900℃ roasting.The purity is above 99.95%,High-purity superfine powdered alumina of Particle size about 1μm is achieved.Its ingredient,the grain-size distribution and microscopic Structure were tested.
