摘要
欠平衡完井技术与传统的常规完井技术相比,可以使流体滤失降低到最小程度,并能最大限度地减少储层损害及改善油气井产能。然而在完井作业过程中,不同的欠平衡完井方式适用于不同类型的储层。为能优选欠平衡完井方式,文章在分析不同类型的欠平衡完井方式的特点基础上,确定了欠平衡完井储层适应性评价方法,并采用数值计算,定量分析了潼南1井的裸眼欠平衡完井方式下的井壁稳定问题和进行了相应的出砂预测。计算结果表明,潼南1井的完全适合于裸眼欠平衡完井方式,与现场实际完井方式一致,提出的评价方法能为欠平衡完井提供合理的技术支持。
Comparing with conventional completion technology,UBD completion could make fluid loss decrease to less,and avoid reservoir damage and improve oil & gas well production.Thus in the completion process,different UBD completion styles was suitable for different style reservoir.In order to choose the best UBD completion style,based on analysis of the different UBD completion characteristic,the reservoir adaptability evaluation methods of UBD completion were established.Through numeric quantitative calculating,well stability and sand production forecast has been made on Tongnan 1 well.Calculation results indicated that UBD open-hole completion was fit for Tongnan 1 well and accorded with actual operating condition on the spot.The evaluation method in the paper could provide reasonable technology support for UBD completion.
