摘要
高升油田难采储量区块开发过程中存在的主要问题是由于油藏埋藏深、储层及原油物性差、黏土含量高、储层受伤害等原因,导致蒸汽吞吐时注汽困难,注汽质量差,甚至压裂后注汽仍困难,蒸汽吞吐效果差,区块低速开发。土酸酸化酸岩反应速度快,处理半径小,并有生成二次沉淀的趋势。针对低速块长期以来存在的主要问题,进行了多元缓速酸酸化技术的研究,应用多元缓速酸解除油层污染,提高近井地带储层渗透率,降低注汽压力,改善注汽质量,提高蒸汽吞吐效果。
The key problems existent in the development of the hard-to-produce reserves in Gaosheng Oilfield include difficult steam injection and poor steam injection quality in cycle steam stimulation operations or even difficult steam injection after fracturing treatments due to deep reservoir burial depths,poor reservoir and oil properties,high content of clay and damaged reservoirs,etc.,leading to poor cycle steam stimulation results.Acidizing with mud acid was characterized by quick reaction with the rocks,it had small treatment radius and the tendency of producing secondary precipitations.In view of the key problems existent in Gaosheng oilfield with slow development speed,the acidizing technique with polybasic retarded acids has been studied to eliminate formation damage,improve the reservoir permeability of immediate vicinity of wellbore,reduce steam injection pressure and improve steam injection quality and steam stimulation results.
