Design and Implementation of Weather Broadcast System Based on GSM MODEM

针对当前气象信息更精、更细、更及时的需求同信息发布能力不足的矛盾,提出基于GSM MODEM的天气播报系统。该系统使用了PC多样化气象信息采集和对GSM MODEM控制技术,具有及时性和多样性的特点,是解决"最后一公里"的有效手段,特别适用广大农村地区。

Because of the contradiction between the current demands for detailed,timely and accurate meteorological information and the weak capability of releasing information,the Weather Broadcast System based on GSM MODEM was designed and implemented.The system used PC diversified collection of meteorological information and the control technology of GSM MODEM,with the characteristics of timely and diversified.It was an effective way to break through ＂last mile＂,particularly suitable for the rural areas.
