摘要
用热重法研究了粉末氧化锌脱除H2S的氢气氛效应。研究结果表明,在200~320℃的温度范围内,氢的存在影响着脱硫进程,并在氢含量为30%处出现正负效应的逆转。氢气氛下氧化锌脱硫的动力学行为可用改良收缩核模型来表征,给出了不同控制区的动力学参数估值。
The gas effects of hydrogen on H 2S removal by Zinc oxide (T 305 ) were studied by means of thermogravimetric method The temperature of experiment covers the range of 200 ̄320℃, while the concentration of H 2S is 13 1g/Nm 3 It was found that H 2 affect the reaction rate H 2 concentration below 30% would be benificial for the desulfurization, whereas H 2 more than 30% would lead to the decreace of the reaction rate The kinetic behaviors could be described by the improvedshrinking core model, and the model parameters were also estimated
