高职院校加强校企合作的途径探析

Strengthen the School-enterprise Cooperation for Further Development of Higher Vocational Education

高职教育要实现人才培养目标必须与企业开展全方位多层次的合作。要完善校外实训基地建设,提高学生专业技能。要成立有企业骨干和行业专家参加的专业指导委员会,使之直接参与学校的教学改革、课程建设和实训指导,提高学生的社会适应性和就业竞争力。倡导大学生工学结合、老师的教学科研与企业生产相结合,建立产学研相结合的长效机制,使校企之间达到互惠共赢,为高职毕业生开辟更多的就业渠道,更好地促进高职教育的发展。

Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is needed for reaching the aim of talents training through higher vocational education. In order to promote the optimum development of higher vocational education, we should strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, perfect the construction of practical training bases off the campus and raise students＇ speciality skills. It means that speciality instruction committee composed of enterprises backbones and field experts should be set up, and the committee should directly involve in the teaching reform, curriculum building and practical training - base instruction . It will lead to the advancement of students＇ social adaptation and employment competetiveness. The combination of school learning and part - time jobs for students and in- tegration of teaching research and factory production for teachers should be advocated , and long - term cooperation system among production and learning and research will be built for getting to the win - win goal between college and enterprises. Consequently more employment channels will be opened up for the graduates from higher vocational colleges, and it will further promote the optimum development of higher vocational education.
