摘要
作为真空气淬炉关键技术的强冷系统应从冷却介质和冷却方式两方面采取措施,以保证工件的冷却速度和温度均匀性.ZQL-80B型真空正压气淬炉的研制,为材料热处理行业提供了一种精度高、性能稳定、自动化程度高的设备,该设备能广泛应用于汽车、微电子等行业当中.
This paper introduces the key technical target, the mechanical structure, electronic control system and the software of the Gas Quenching Vacuum Furnace. The force cooling system is the key technique of the furnace, and two measures were taken to assure the cooling speed and the uniform temperature of the workpiece, that is, cooling medium and cooling fashion. ZQL -80B -type positive - pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace for heat treatment of materials provides a high accuracy, stable performance, high degree of automation equipment, and widely used in automotive, microelectronics and other industries.
