摘要
以马来松香为原料合成了多元醇，并用氨基树脂交联，制备了耐热绝缘漆——氨基绝缘烘漆。讨论了不同多元醇、不同氨基树脂和固化条件等因素对漆膜性能的影响。研究结果表明，该漆可作为Ｂ级绝缘漆使用。
A series of polyols were synthesized from maleated rosin or its purified products. Several amino baking insulating paints were prepared from these polyols crosslinked by amino resins. Effects of each component and curing condition on paint properties were discussed. By test, it was found that one of them could be used as B grade insulating paint.
