高效卫生害虫杀虫剂氟蚁腙的合成

Synthesis of Hygienic Insecticide Hydramethylnon

氟蚁腙作为一种高效连锁,效果极佳的卫生害虫杀虫剂而受到广泛关注,得到迅速发展.以2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺(1),对三氟甲基苯甲醛(3)为原料,经3步反应简捷地合成了氟蚁腙.产物结构经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和19F NMR进行表征,含量经HPLC法测定.

Hydramethylnon has been attracted attention and developed rapidly as a high active poison bait and excellent hygienic insecticide. In this paper, hydramethylnon was conveniently synthesized with 2,2 -dimethyl - 1,3 - propylenediamine （ 1 ） and α, α, α - trifluro - tolualdehyde （3） as raw materials through three steps chemical reactions. Product structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR,^13C NMR and ^19F NMR,content was determined by HPLC.
