实施教学质量工程,推动示范院校建设,全面提高人才培养质量——陕西工业职业技术学院示范院校建设的探索与实践

On the exploration and practice of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute in fulfilling the teaching quality project

以"国家示范性高职院校建设"为契机,以实施"教学质量工程"为主线,以制定人才培养目标为逻辑起点,在校企合作、工学结合、师资队伍建设、重点专业建设、课程和教材建设、实践教学体系建设、共享型教学资源库建设和特色校园文化建设等方面所进行的探索与实践。通过这些工作,有效地提升了人才培养质量,提高了毕业生就业工作水平,充分展示了作为"国家示范性高职院校"立项建设单位服务区域经济建设和社会发展,为我国尤其是西部地区装备制造业培养更多高素质技能型人才所发挥的作用。

In the process of ＂ national exemplary vocational college construction ＂, Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute takes the fulfillment of ＂teaching quality project＂ as the core and takes the of their professional training objectives as the logical starting point of the project to make some design exploration and do some practice from the following aspects： the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, the combination of practice and teaching, the faculty building, and the constructions of key specialties, curriculums, textbooks, practice teaching systems, shared teaching resources, campus culture and so on. The exploration and practice has proved effective in increasing the professional training quality, enhancing the work competence of graduates, serving the local economic construction and social development through the project,and providing many skillful professionals of high quality for the industry of equipment manufacture in China, especially in the western region.
