摘要
个性化企业文化对企业的竞争力有着重要的影响。企业应从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化4方面建设个性文化;要从企业精神的物化产品和行为入手,采取灵活多样的方式;个性化企业文化建设要重视环境的影响,要立足实际,要与时俱进才能取得实效。
Individuated corporation culture plays a significant role in the competitiveness of corporations. So, any corporation should establish its own individuated culture from the aspects of the material culture, the behavior culture, the institutional culture and the spiritual culture. Besides, the corporation should also adopt flexible methods by materializing products and behavior of the corporation spirit. In the construction of individuated corporation culture, the influence of environment should be taken into consideration. Only by facing the reality and keeping pace with the times could individuated culture bring about good results to corporations.
