摘要
民办院校大都聘用比例较大的兼职教师,在兼职教师的使用及管理上存在较多问题:如因公办院校大规模扩招、民办院校竞争、民办院校专职教师发展滞后等引起的兼职教师资源紧缺,由此引起的管理松散、考核机制不完善,授课质量差别较大。对此应建立兼职教师资源库;建立完善的管理系统,如教学督导机制、教学信息反馈系统、课程负责人制度、岗前培训制度、建立科学合理的教学质量评价体系和薪酬激励制度。
In most of non-governmental universities, there exist problems in employment and management of part-time teachers. Nowadays, non-governmental universities are short of part-time teachers because of the enlarged enrollment of students in governmental universities and the fierce competition amongnon-governmental universities, which loosens the management of part-time teachers and weakens the supervision system. In order to solve the problems that affect the teaching quality, non-governmental universities have to take some measures, such as the establishment of the database of parttime teachers and the construction of a well-designed management system ( including a teaching supervision mechanism, a teaching information feedback subsystem, a teacher-in-charge-of-curriculum regulation, a prejob training regulation, a scientific appraisal subsystem for teaching quality and a salary motivation subsystem).
