潍坊市社区卫生服务开展地区的秩和比综合评价

Rank-sum-ratio based comprehensive evaluation on community health service between different areas in Weifang City

[目的]对潍坊市县市区开展社区卫生服务工作近一年来的实施效果进行综合评价,比较地区间实施水平。[方法]选择能反映各地区开展社区卫生服务工作差别的8项指标,采用秩和比法进行综合评价。[结果]按照RSR值的大小结合秩和比分档准则将开展城市社区卫生服务的6个县市区分为优、良和差3个档次,以潍城区、高密市两地社区卫生服务工作开展效果最好,均属于优等;寿光市、昌乐县属于良好档次;经济区和昌邑市地区较差,属于差等。[结论]秩和比法应用方便,综合评价结果科学直观,便于不同个体在不同指标水平上的综合排序及分档。

Objective To evaluate and compare the implementation effect of community health service （CHS） in some areas in Weifang. Methods 8 different indicators reflecting the CHS effect are used for the comprehensive evaluation through rank sum ratio （RSR） method .Results By RSR value of the results in accordance with the classification criteria, 6 areas will be divided into three grades, excellent, good and poor. For the implementation of CHS , A and E are means for the best and the second level, classified in excellent grade; C, D are in good grade; and B and F are listed in poor grade. Conclusions RSR is a convenient comprehensive evaluation method to classify different individuals by different indicators.
