摘要
临床医生绩效考核指标体系的构建是医院进行绩效管理的核心和重点。文章在分析构建临床医生绩效考核指标体系的意义和原则的基础上,指出应该从临床医生的工作业绩、工作能力、工作态度和工作行为四个方面来构建临床医生的绩效考核指标体系。
The establishment of the clinicians' performance appraisal indicator system is the core and key part of the hospitals' performance management.Based on its significance and the principles,its establishment should be in accordance with the four aspects, namely work achievements, capacity, attitude and actions.
