摘要
本文主要介绍CS5532高精度转换器功能特点,它是高集成度模/数转换器,由于运用了电荷平衡技术,非常适合测量称重仪表、过程控制等单/双极性小信号。芯片内部有一个斩波稳定仪表放大器,其增益可选择,扩大了信号输入范围,提高了系统的动态特性。其共模抑制比典型值范围较大,这对从高共模电压中检测出微弱的差分电压信号是十分有利的。利用CS5532内部的自校准和系统校准,从而消除系统通道的失调和增益误差。这些特点适合高精度电子称量系统的测量要求,在衡器测量方面得到广泛应用。
This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of CS5532, a high-integrated analog to digital converter with high accuracy. With charge balance techniques, it can measure weighing instruments, processing controllers and so on. Inside the chip, there is a chopping instrument stable amplifier, whose gain is optional, to expand the range of signal input, and improve the dynamic characteristics of the system. The range of the common mode rejection is larger than the typical which is good to detect the very faint differential voltage signal in the common mode voltage. With the self and system calibration of CS5532, it can remove the offset and gain error of the system channeL All these characteristics satisfy high accuracy electric weighing system, which is widely used in weighing measurement.
