摘要 以某四轴激光扫描仪为研究背景,采用齐次坐标变换理论建立了三坐标扫描仪的误差模型。推导了三坐标扫描仪包括全部误差项的误差表达式,建立了考虑误差条件下的回转工作台和CCD扫描镜头之间的位姿关系矩阵。实例仿真表明所建模型正确有效。 The error model of a four - axis laser scanner was established by homogeneous coordinate transformation theory. The error expression including all error items was derived, the error position and orientation relation matrix between rotation stage and the CCD lens was obtained. The simulation result of an example shows this model is fight and effective.
