摘要 根据磨料水射流的切割特点和精密加工要求,开发了一种适用于磨料水射流机床的基于PMAC的开放式数控系统。通过分析磨料水射流数控系统的功能需求,研究分析了数控系统的软、硬件结构和基于PMAC控制器的数控系统实现机制。采用模块化的设计思想,设计开发数控系统软件,讨论了各软件模块的实现方法。实验室的调试运行表明,基于PMAC的开放式数控系统能较好地适应磨料水射流机床的特点,满足精密加工要求。 Based on the specialty of the abrasive water jet cutting and demand for precise manufacturing, an open computer numerical control system based pn PMAC movement controller for abrasive water jet machine was developed. According to function needs of abrasive water jet machine, the structure of hardware and software for the CNC system as well as realization of the CNC system based on PMAC were analyzed. The software of CNC system was developed using module structures. The method of separated module was discussed. Result shows that the open CNC system based on PMAC can be better suited for abrasive water jet machine.
