摘要
针对油田上广泛采用的各种抽油机进行了对比分析,阐述了液压驱动滚筒式抽油机的特点,从理论上分析了其工作原理,设计了速度反馈系统控制方案,采用MATLAB软件建立了整机的仿真模型,基于该模型对整个系统的装机功率、元件参数、能量消耗和能量回收等关键要素进行了分析计算和对比。分析表明:蓄能器容积对系统各方面性能指标影响较大,是抽油机设计中的一个技术关键。
The pumping units used in the oil field was analyzed, the characteristics and principles of hydraulic hoisting pumping unit were introduced, speed feedback control strategy was designed, and whole set simulating model was built up using MATLAB software. According to the model, the equipped power, element parameters, energy consumption and recovery were calculated. Results show that the performance of the system is greatly affected by the determination of the accumulator volume.
