摘要
介绍了新型水压比例节流阀的结构及特点,建立了水压比例节流阀的稳态控制特性、稳态流量特性和稳态负载特性的仿真模型,并通过MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行了仿真分析,确定了影响稳态特性的主要因素,并求出了位移起始电流、流量起始电流、死区和滞环等稳态特性指标。分析表明:水压比例节流阀的阀芯位移与输入电流之间具有良好的线性关系;水压比例节流阀的输出流量不仅与阀口型式有关,还受工作压差的影响;为获得良好的稳态特性,应对阀口的工作压差进行补偿或采用闭环控制方式。
The structure and feature of a new water hydraulic proportional throttle valve were introduced, and its simulation model of steady-state control characteristic, flow characteristic and load characteristic were established, main factors influencing steadystate characteristic were determined through simulation analysis with software MATLAB/SIMULINK, and some steady-state characteristic indexes such as displacement initial current, flow initial current, dead zone and hysteresis and other indicators were determined. The analysis shows that spool displacement has a good linear relation with input current, and that the output flow of water proportional throttle valve is related to type of valve port, and is affected by working pressure difference. In order to gain better steady-state characteristic, the working pressure difference of valve port should be compensated or closed-loop control should be adopted.
