摘要
通过建立金属载体催化转化器小孔内流场的数学、物理模型并对其进行数值模拟,得到不同翅结构参数组合下载体小孔内气流的湍流强度和压力损失。通过对小孔内流场的速度、压力分布及湍流强度值分布等数据的处理和对比,得出不同翅结构参数对小孔内流场流态影响的一般规律。
The mathematics and physical model for the internal flow of the metal carrier was established and its the internal flow was simulated, the turbulence intensity and press loss of metal carrier corresponding to the different parameters of fin structure were got. By dealing with the results of simulation of the different structure parameters, the changing rules of the turbulence intensity and press loss of the internal flow of the hole were got.
