基于智能节点的汽车电子节气门控制系统设计

摘要 介绍一种以Microchip PIC16f877A微控制器、MCP2510独立CAN总线控制器和PCA82C250收发器为核心组成的CAN总线模式电子节气门位置传感器智能节点的设计方法,在此基础上构建了车辆线控电子节气门系统CAN总线通信控制网络并给出其软硬件原理及控制方法,实现了控制系统中不同节点间高效数据传输、全部节点之间的数据共享以及相互之间的协同工作。试验结果表明:智能传感器采集数据准确,数据传递效率和利用率高,系统响应速度较快,控制系统达到了预期的目标。 An approach of intelligent node for an electronic throttle body position sensor based on Can-bus with Pic16f877A, stand-alone Can-bus controller MCP2501 and PCA82C250 was introdued. The principle of software and hardware for an electronic throttle body Can-bus controlling system which makes all intelligent nodes share data and coorperate each other with high efficiency through intelligent sensor node and Can-bus was provided. The experimental result shows that the data collected by intelligent sensor is accurate, the efficiency of data transmission is high , the reacting time of the system is fast and the goal of controlling system is reached.
