摘要 介绍了注塑机中常用的比例溢流阀的功能原理,将其合理分解成先导锥阀、先导液桥和功率级三部分,利用功率键合图法建立阀的数学模型,并根据其与方块图的对应关系,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立阀的动态仿真框图。仿真过程中分析了溢流阀的动态响应过程、稳态特性以及动态阻尼参数的改变对阀动态特性的影响。 A proportional relief valve used in injection molding machine was studied, which was rationally divided into three parts, the piloted cone valve, the pilood liquid bridge and the main valve. Its mathematical model was set up by bondgraph, and the dynamic simulation model was built in the MATLAB/SIMULINK tool bar according to the relation between power bondgraph and block model. Its dynamic response and stable characteristic were analyzed. The simulation results indicated the effect on the dynamic characteristic of the relief valve when the parameters of dynamic clamp were changed.
