摘要
利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL建立了双圆弧齿轮及四圆弧齿轮一对齿的三维有限元静态应力分析模型。并对模型划分、载荷施加等进行了详细研究,获得了双圆弧齿轮及四圆弧齿轮的静态应力云图。由此得出四圆弧齿轮的承载能力比双圆弧齿轮提高60%以上的结论。
A three dimensional finite element model of static stress for double-arc gear and qssuadruple-arc gear was established based on APDL language embedded in ANSYS, the distribution graph of static stress of double-arc and qssuadruple-arc gear was obtained after meshing and loading. The result shows that the loading capacity of the qssuadruple-arc gear is 60% more than the current double-arc gear.
