摘要
传统的CFD软件不是专门为优化而设计的,其优化功能比较弱。针对这一问题,采用改进的基于遗传算法的集成CFD优化方法,对自旋双喷嘴的设计进行了优化。结果表明:集成Gambit参数化建模、自动划分网格接口和Fluent运算器接口的方法,大大节省了设计时间和费用,喷嘴的清洗能力和流场性能有了较大的提高。
The traditional CFD software is not designed for optimization techniques and it is weak in this function. An approach was presented to design the parameters of the self-rotation double-nozzle by integrated CFD optimization based on genetic algorithm. The result shows the method that integates interface of Gambit and Fluent can save lots of time and cost. The capacity of washing and flow capability are improved remarkably.
