CAXA网络DNC在企业中的应用

The Application of CAXA Networking DNC in NC Machining Workshop

传统意义的DNC(直接数字控制)只解决了数控系统存储器容量不足的问题,不能满足现代数控加工车间的集中管理的需求。为适应现代计算机技术发展和现代管理的要求,提出了基于CAXA平台的网络DNC在具体车间的实施方案,对实施效果进行了分析,表明网络DNC技术在企业的应用,提高了企业生产过程的自动化水平。

Traditional DNC （ Direct Numerical Control） can deal with occasions if the program that is to be run is bigger than the capacity of the memory of the CNC control, but it can not deal with the networking management of modern NC workshop. The modern DNC （Distributed Numerical Control） was introduced, the networking DNC based on CAXA platform was applied in NC machining workshop, and the implementation project was presented. The result shows that the automation level of the NC machining efficiency is raised by applying the networking DNC based on CAXA platform.
