摘要
为了消除带钢卷取机的误差,针对对边纠偏系统建立了数学模型,并以检测点位置到卷筒纠偏点之间的时滞作为参考模型进行研究,再利用MATLAB软件中的动态仿真工具SIMULINK建立了电液伺服控制系统仿真模型,通过对卷取机上常用的电液位置伺服系统进行仿真,得出仿真结果,并详细地进行性能分析,找出所要控制跑偏的参数。
The mathematic model of edge guiding system of steel strip coilers was constructed to eliminate time-lag, which employed time-lag model between detector mounting position and reel rectification point as its reference model. Electrohydraulic servo system of steel strip coilers was molded with the SIMULINK in toolbox of MATLAB and was simulated. The system properties were analyzed, the parameters to control deviation were obtained.
