The Application of Pro/Toolkit on CAM System of Box-type Parts

通过对Pro/ENC加工中的二次开发技术研究,利用Pro/Toolkit提供的UI对话框、菜单以及VC++的可视化界面技术,在Pro/E中加入交互菜单,通过菜单实现对外部刀具数据库的访问,实现刀具参数的自动输入,大大减轻了操作人员的工作强度,减少了错误率,同时提高了NC编程的效率。

Based on research of technology of secondary development of Pro/NC, by using UI dialog, menu and visualization technology of VC ＋＋ , and adding interactive menu in Pro/E, the visitation on external data base of tools was achieved, the auto input of tool parameters was accomplished, the efficiency of NC program was improved.
