On Relationship Between Sex Behavior and Family Factors Among Middle School Students

目的探讨家庭关系与中学生性行为的相关性。方法采用1∶4配比病例对照研究的方法,对216例病例及864例对照的相关资料进行Cox回归分析。结果"是否与家庭成员在一起无所谓"、"我希望我不是我家庭的一位成员"及"我觉得自己在家庭中是陌生人"是中学生发生性行为的危险因素,其OR值分别为1.210、1.316和1.291。结论有"是否与家庭成员在一起无所谓"、"我希望我不是我的家庭的一位成员"及"我觉得自己在家庭中是陌生人",等感觉的中学生发生性行为的危险性较高。

Objective To study the relationship between sex behavior and family factors among middle school students. Methods A 1：4 matched case -control study with 216 cases and 864 was carried out in Guangzhou controls. Data were analyzed with Cox regression model. Results The analysis showed that the indicators of ＇ It isn＇t important whether I live with my family or not＇, ＇ I hope that I am not the member of my family＇ , and ＇I feel I am a stranger in my family＇ were identified as the risk factors of sex behavior with odds ratios of 2. 050, 3.566 and 1. 189, respectively. Conclusion The students with the idea of ＇ It isn＇t important whether I live with my family or not＇ , ＇ I hope that I am not the member of my family＇, and ＇ I feel I am a stranger in my family＇ are more likely to have sex behavior.
