摘要 以盆栽埋盆与不埋盆进行对比,使盆栽土壤温度发生变化,比较2种处理下枸杞苗木的生长情况.结果表明:埋盆处理下,盆栽土壤温度变化幅度较对照(不埋盆)小,枸杞苗木的加粗生长与加长生长比对照分别高0.17 mm与2.1 cm,地径比对照粗0.24 mm,单叶面积小,但单叶质量较大,净光合速率较对照高21%;2种处理下的植株生物量差异不显著. Taking contrast of buried flowerpots with unburied flowerpots to cause the soil in flowerpots at different temperatures, the growth of Lyciurn barbarum seedlings at different soil temperature was compared. The result showed that the changing range of the soil temperature in buried flowerpots was less than that of control group. The growth thickness, growth height and ground diameter of the seedlings in buried flowerpots were 0.17 mm, 2.1 cm and 0.24 mm higher than those of control group. Single leaf area of seedlings in buried flowerpots was less than that of control group but with greater single leaf quality. Net photosynthetic rate of the seedlings in buried flowerpots was 21% higher than that of control group.
