摘要
以不锈钢作支撑体,采用两段微波加热法合成了连续的b轴取向MFI型分子筛膜。进行了传统烘箱加热和微波加热以及一段微波法和两段微波法合成的对比实验。考察了两段微波法合成的晶化时间和合成液浓度对分子筛膜连续性的影响。结果表明,微波加热大大加速了晶体的生长速率,有效缩短了晶化时间。微波辅助陈化可以显著提高分子筛的成核速率。延长晶化时间可以增大分子筛的晶粒尺寸,增加合成液浓度可以增加晶核的数量,两者均能改善所合成分子筛膜的连续性,从而获得连续的b轴取向MFI型分子筛膜。
Continuous b-oriented MFI zeolite films were synthesized on stainless steel substrates by a two-stage microwave heating. The comparisons of microwave heating and convectional heating, one-stage microwave heating and two-stage microwave heating were carried out. The influence of the molar composition of synthesis solution on the synthesis of the zeolite film with two-stage microwave heating was also investigated. Compared with convectional heating, the crystal growth rate was accelerated greatly by microwave heating. The microwave-assisted aging at relative low temperature could accelerate the nucleation. Large crystals of zeolite could be obtained by prolonging the crystallization duration, and the nuclei concentration increased with the decrease of water content, both of which improved the continuity of the synthesized continuous b-oriented MFI zeolite film.
